What Is Involved In a Phase 1 Environmental Assessment in Corpus Christi?

How Long Is a Phase 1 ESA Good For?

Environmental conditions don't remain static. A report completed several years ago may no longer reflect what's happening on or around the property today.

Although many Phase I ESAs remain acceptable for roughly one to two years, factors such as new development, changes in property operations, updated environmental regulations, or nearby contamination events can affect whether an existing report still satisfies lender or transaction requirements.
